BiteLock™ is DFWOMS’s All-on-4 implant solution: four or more titanium posts are placed in the most optimal positions in the jawbone, and a full-arch provisional prosthesis is fabricated and secured the same day. You leave our office with a complete set of fixed teeth.
Unlike conventional dentures, BiteLock is fixed to the jaw — no adhesives, no slipping, no plastic covering the roof of your mouth. Because the prosthesis is anchored to implants, it tolerates significantly greater chewing forces and feels far more natural than a traditional removable denture. Once your implants have fully healed, we deliver a permanent, custom-crafted prosthesis.

What to expect, step by step
We evaluate your bone structure, oral health, and medical history using a 3D Cone Beam CT scan. Our surgeons determine the ideal implant positions and design your surgical guide — in many cases on the same day as your consultation.
Four or more titanium implants are placed in the jawbone during a single outpatient procedure using opioid-free anesthesia. Remaining teeth are extracted at the same time if needed. Most patients are comfortable and back to light activity within days.
While you recover, our team fabricates your provisional full-arch prosthesis in-office. Before you leave, it is secured to your implants — giving you a full, functional smile the very same day as surgery.
Over the following months, the implants fuse permanently with the jawbone. We monitor your progress closely throughout this phase and keep you comfortable every step of the way.
Once fully healed, your permanent custom prosthesis is fabricated and delivered. It is engineered to match your natural features and is built to last a lifetime with proper care.

Even patients with significant bone loss may qualify, since implants are placed in the most ideal available bone, and zygomatic implants are available for complex cases. One of the key advantages of the All-on-4 approach is that implants are placed in the most optimal position using your available bone, eliminating the need for a preliminary bone graft in the majority of patients. This means full-arch rehabilitation in one surgery instead of two or three, and no extra healing time.
A single dental implant replaces one individual tooth. BiteLock™ uses four or more implants to support an entire arch of teeth — upper or lower — in a single procedure. It is the ideal solution for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth and want a fully fixed, permanent result without the drawbacks of conventional dentures.
The implant placement surgery is completed in a matter of hours. Your provisional prosthesis is then fabricated in-office and secured before you go home — so the entire process, from implant placement to leaving with a full arch of teeth, happens in a single day.
Coverage varies by plan. We work with most major dental insurance providers and accept Medicaid at all three locations. We also offer CareCredit and LendingClub financing.
