The Team That Runs DFWOMS
Diana accepted the position as practice manager at DFWOMS fall of 2012, and has over twenty years of experience in the dental profession. She graduated from the same university as Dr. Franco, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia, with a degree in general dentistry, and successfully managed her own dental and cosmetic practice in Colombia for thirteen years. Diana moved to the United States before her third child was born and decided to be a stay at home mom at that time. She has been in the U.S since 2003 with her children, with the dreams that she would one day rejoin her passion in the dental profession. She has become a huge asset to our practice and we are very grateful to have Diana managing the team with the determination and enthusiasm that she possesses.
Liz joined the DFWOMS team in April of 2016, but has been in the dental profession working from corporate offices and in private practices since 2009. She comes with a background in general dentistry, oral surgery, insurance and billing and debt recovery. She was promoted to assistant manager in 2021. You can find Liz traveling between our locations assisting patients and our team. Outside of work, Liz loves spending time with her husband and three daughters, loves drawing, crafting and food tasting.
Oversees day-to-day operations across all three DFWOMS locations, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical staff, scheduling, and patient experience.
Jonathan joined the DFWOMS team in 2026 as the Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator, supporting all three DFWOMS locations. He enjoys connecting with the community and creating a positive impact through his work and the relationships he builds along the way. He is passionate about sharing the DFWOMS mission and helping strengthen connections with patients, referring offices, and the community. Jonathan holds certifications in Google Data Analytics, Meta Advertising, and Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce. His background in marketing allows him to create meaningful strategies and experiences that help grow awareness of the practice and the services provided. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys attending concerts and live events, trying new foods, and spending time outdoors through walks and runs while appreciating nature. He loves exploring new experiences and discovering new things whenever he can. A fun fact about Jonathan is that he is a proud dog dad to an Italian Greyhound.
