The team behind DFWOMS
All DFWOMS surgeons hold Diplomate status from the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery — the gold standard of surgical certification in the United States.
Dr. Franco earned his DDS from Universidad El Bosque in Bogotá, Colombia, and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, followed by an internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has served as President of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Franco founded DFWOMS with the mission of bringing board-certified surgical care to underserved communities. His practice was one of the first in North Texas to adopt an opioid-free anesthesia protocol and has led the Joint Commission accreditation process for the practice's in-office surgical suites. Fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Taylor Jung is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with advanced training in both surgical and cosmetic procedures. She completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency along with a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship, equipping her with a comprehensive skill set in both functional and aesthetic care.
Dr. Jung earned her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), General Surgery Internship Certificate, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Certificate from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport. She also received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in Oklahoma City.
With a patient-centered philosophy, Dr. Jung is committed to delivering exceptional surgical care with compassion, integrity, and attention to detail. She strives to empower her patients to achieve and maintain optimal health by providing treatment grounded in trust, clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to their well-being.
Dr. Zaidi graduated from the University of California Riverside and earned his DMD from Temple University in Philadelphia. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Louisiana State University in Shreveport in 2019, and in 2023 completed an advanced fellowship in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstruction.
Board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Zaidi is committed to integrating the latest surgical technology into patient care. He is fluent in English and Urdu, and has participated in international mission work providing dental care in underserved communities.
